Allison 3000,4000 - PA36 Series Medium Duty 10 Bolt Hotshift
The PA36 Series is a constant mesh, hotshift engagement PTO designed to suit 10 bolt transmission openings on the MD and HD series Allison automatic transmissions. This PTO has a high torque rating which is suited to applications such as waste collection. It is also ideal for applications that require frequent engagement of the PTO such as airpiort ground support equipment. As this PTO is driven from the input to the transmission, it is necessary to have the internal clutch pack for engagement and disengagement without having dangerous gear clashing.
